#HubCenco, the New Cencosud Offices in Chile

Santiago, November 14, 2022.- During the month of October, Cencosud inaugurated #HubCenco, new and modern workspaces specially designed for its employees, with high standards of architecture, technology, and innovation, which facilitate collaboration and collective intelligence.

With #HubCenco, the Company prioritizes attracting and retaining the best talent, all necessary elements to take Cencosud to the next level, which is part of the strategic pillars of innovation and new trends.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by the executive team of Cencosud, led by Matías Videla, CEO of the Company, who lead this #NewWorkCulture that gives space to different styles and drives a new way of doing business. Also in attendance was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cencosud, Heike Paulmann, along with Directors and teams from our different areas and businesses.

This new milestone reflects Cencosud's innovation, breaking paradigms and challenging the status quo in a Company in full reinvention, with green, organic, and sustainable environments, accompanied by open skies for greater spatial amplitude. This, along with high-technology air conditioning -for the ideal necessary temperature-, as well as optimal light that promotes healthy environments with energy efficiency that contributes to the care of the planet.

As a Company, and open community, it is important to reflect the flexibility and diversity where the same values and the same culture are shared. The focus is to favor hybrid work, from more free workstations, amphitheaters, open spaces -that enhance inter-business links-, outdoor barbecue area, reading and game zones, climbing wall, among others.
