We would like to inform you that Mr. Sebastián Rivera Martínez, Corporate Legal Affairs Manager of Cencosud S.A., has decided to pursue new professional challenges. Effective today, he will be succeeded by Mr. Nicolás Lustig Falcón.

Mr. Lustig brings with him an extensive 25-year career in the legal field. He holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University, and has complemented his academic training with executive and senior management programs at Universidad de los Andes.
